Location
Front Runner is located at 21 St. Clair Avenue East, Suite 504 (Just east of the St. Clair subway station). We are one building east of Yonge Street and a Kinkos is located on the ground floor.

Timing
Front Runner courses begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.

RoeHampton Hotel & Suites - Best Western at 808 Mt. Pleasant Rd. They can be reached at 416-487-5101. Front Runner has a corporate rate.

Restaurants
There are literally dozens of restaurants within a five minute walk of our facilities. Depending on your dietary needs, we can recommend many that meet your needs.

Benefits
Front Runner offers 90 days of free limited follow–up support based on the material, covered in the course, either by e-mail or phone. We reserve the right to limit the support offered to any client.

Materials
Front Runner courses include training materials created by our own instructors or written by industry leading experts.

What to bring
You will receive a training manual related to the course content. We have paper and pens if you require for note taking. You are welcome to bring your laptop and any other items you need to get the most from our courses.

Payment
We request payment for training to be made at the time of registration. We accept company purchase order #'s to be included on the invoice, company cheque, money orders or certified cheques, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Cancellation Policy

  • Training cancelled within 14 business days prior to the course date: 25% of the total training fee.
  • Training cancelled within 7 business days prior to the course date: 50% of the total training fee.
  • Training cancelled less than 5 business days prior to the course date: 100% of the total training fee.
  • Failure to attend a course without notification of cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee.
