What does Front Runner mean when we say we deliver “Customized Training”? It merely means “flexibility”. We have found that many times “Public” courses don’t run because these don’t fit into the client’s schedule or it’s in the wrong quarter or not enough people are interested in it at the same time. Then, it is either postponed to a later date, when all interested parties are able to attend, or is cancelled. This can be both frustrating and non-productive.

Is customized training a more expensive way to go, you may ask?  Not really. Flexible training means we are also flexible when it comes to our pricing and Front Runner will work with you to achieve your goals.
