Overview:
This class presents the foundational skills and techniques for making presentations. The class provides a systematized method for planning, organizing, creating, preparing, practicing, and giving audience-centered presentations that achieve action-oriented results. Your practice presentations are recorded to assess your verbal skills, and also recorded on video to assess your presentation style and skill.

The class also incorporates realistic business situations so that participants can more easily transfer the skills learned in the classroom and apply them in a work environment.
Who Should Attend All business professionals, executives, managers, team leaders, sales and marketing personnel, even technical personnel who give presentations, speak before groups, or inform, instruct, persuade, market, or sell ideas and information to others.
Delivery: Instructor-led, hands-on delivery either online, on-site at your place of business or at Front Runner. Our custom training meets your needs. 8 hours in duration per day. 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. This class can be modularized, so you can choose the most appropriate lessons.

Objectives:
At completion of this class, participants will be able to:

Accurately assess their presentation skills.

Plan their presentation, including identifying the audience and applying adult learning principles.

Determine their objective and devise a strategy for attaining that objective.

Create an effective, compelling opening.

Organize and deliver a convincing presentation that is geared to the audience’s needs.

Create a strong closing and summation that incorporates a clear call to action.

Demonstrate the basic communication skills necessary to make an engaging, entertaining, educational, and enlightening presentation.

Move smoothly and quickly through the three presentation stages to better gain audience rapport.

Employ techniques to practice both the content and delivery of their presentation.
