Jacques is a skilled computer application trainer with over eight years of training experience in various countries around the world. He is an Adobe Certified Expert in FrameMaker. He is patient and calm, participants feel comfortable and are encouraged to ask questions to gain complete understanding of what they are learning. Jacques is well versed in teaching FrameMaker, DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. He teaches various programming languages. He teaches the whole Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, developing course curriculums and materials for required courses. Jacques has has excellent interpersonal and communications skills, who is adaptable and flexible when teaching various skill levels and age groups. Jacques brings real-world experience of working with the software he teaches to the classroom.
