Free Technical Support (90 days)*

In our effort to continue to support you with great service, Front Runner offers 90 days of free, limited follow-up phone or email support on the material covered in the course that you have just competed. (We reserve the right to limit the support offered to any client.)

Free Technical Support is available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. excluding holidays.

After the 90 day period of free technical support, any technical support questions would come under a General Technical Support Agreement.

General Technical Support Agreement*

Front Runner Training offers General Technical support for those frequently asked questions that come up in the course of a day for Adobe, Microsoft and WebWorks software.

This support given is solely to help you with general questions based on the software application and its functionality.

Questions regarding custom template functionality and content development would come under heading of consultation and would be billed accordingly as consulting work.

For those clients who have contracted Front Runner to complete development work, please refer to our Maintenance Support program for custom application and documentation support and maintenance.

General Technical Support can be delivered on-line, via email or by telephone.

General Technical Support is available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. excluding holidays. (A minimum of one hour per support request applies.)

Maintenance Support Agreement*

Front Runner’s Maintenance support program is for those clients who have previously contracted us to development work and continue to need support in a maintenance capacity.

Once development has been completed, to the satisfaction of both our Client and Front Runner Training, a maintenance support agreement would follow.

This support agreement will be designed to maintain, update and support the development work that has been completed by Front Runner.

This does not include any new development work.
