Long-term, Individualized, Flexible Training:
Three Part Customized Training
"The end-user justifies the means"!

Perhaps it's time for a lift? L.I.F.T. is Front Runner's answer to what we have observed as ongoing frustrations within companies, resulting in work-flow/project delays, slowdowns and shutdowns.

Are you frustrated with your existing software and are wondering if it's the right application for the job? Are you running into work-flow problems because the end-user and the IT department are not communicating...because there just isn't enough time for explanations? Is your company spending thousands of dollars on outsourcing to Developers to fix your templates, or to switch over existing systems, when the current one(s) may be just fine?

L.I.F.T. is "Long-term" because is goes beyond "quick fixes", "Individualized" because it is in synch with your work-flow and your tasks and "Flexible Training" because it's when you need it.

Here's How L.I.F.T. Works:

Part 1 - Initial Consultation and Fundamental Training: Front Runner sets up a consultation with your company and an industry expert to assess your needs. Once this is determined, fundamental training in whatever software you are using will be set-up, on or off-site, to ensure that you understand effective use of the software.
( Initial consultation fee $125)
Part 2 - L.I.F.T. Lab and Follow-up Consultation: This consists of putting into practice, for one or two weeks, the fundamental training you've received. A workbook will be given to each end-user and Manager/Supervisor to notate area that work, don't work and a wish list of what and how you would like the software and/or template to work. Upon completion of the L.I.F.T. Lab, the consultant will return to assess the results where it can be determined what customized training is needed and whether building a prototype or template is necessary.

Part 3 - Customized Training and Troubleshooting: This entails specific training in the software and/or templates, teaching the end-user how to effectively use, maintain and troubleshoot, as need be, learning "trade secrets" from the industry experts. Based on our consultant's assessment, training at your site will empower you, by providing you with real information and tools you can use to make you successful at doing your job!
