B&P: When and how did you get started with Front Runner?
Keliann: I started at Front Runner in October 2006. I was recruited to handle inside sales and customer service.
B&P: Since you started, have you seen much change?
Keliann: There have been quite a few changes. Front Runner extended its course offerings to meet the needs of clients, and I'm particularly proud of the fact that Front Runner has started to provide training for seniors.

B&P: What do you find most interesting about working at Front Runner?
Keliann: Meeting clients in person and finally being able to put faces to names after corresponding with them in writing or talking to them on the phone.
B&P: What sorts of interests do you have outside of work?
Keliann: I mostly enjoy reading and watching old movies.

B&P: Finally, can you tell us a story about something strange or funny that happened to you while working at Front Runner?
Keliann: I always expected technical writers to be very solemn people. One of our clients changed that opinion when he ordered a pair of sunglasses shades and had them delivered to him at Front Runner. These sunglasses were funny because one frame was round and the other was square. He was quite proud of them, but hey who could blame him? That was quite amusing.
