B&P: When and how did you get started with Front Runner?
Zvi: I started with Front Runner a year ago. Veronica was looking for someone to stand in for her during her maternity leave, and saw my profile at HAPPEN (http://www.happen.ca/), a networking group of executives searching for their next career stage. I met with Veronica & Ilmar and we decided to work together.
B&P: Since you started, have you seen much change?
Zvi: I see daily changes in the way that the business is managed and operated. We are a relatively small company and it allows us to focus on providing customized services to our clients according to their real documentation needs.
There are always new interesting business opportunities to work on with Front Runner, and we modify our business processes to adjust ourselves to what our clients want. It is an ongoing change as we try to learn from each experience.

B&P: What do you find most interesting about working at Front Runner?
Zvi: Working with the people is the most interesting and challenging part of the work. This includes Front Runner's internal team, our clients, and our associates. It is always a challenge to find ways to move forward with a project, finding the right approach while dealing with different people to get the work done.
B&P: What sorts of interests do you have outside of work?
Zvi: My family is my main interest, and takes up most of my time. In addition I enjoy swimming, walking, skiing (Quebec is my favorite) and some reading, mainly business books. My current recommendation is A random walk down Wall Street by Burton Gordon Malkiel.
